At Torren Davis Cleaning Services, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refunds
Items must be returned within 5 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must: Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation) is required for all refund requests.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
such as gift cards, downloadable software, final sale items.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, contact us at CleaningServices@torrendavis.com
Provide your order details, proof of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within, 5–7 business days using the original method of payment.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or the return is due to an error on our part. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error by Torren Davis Cleaning Services.
